Taking into consideration the professional rewards of the Chief Training Officer (CTO) designation, the cost of obtaining and maintaining the designation are minimal.

The application fee is $375.

The application fee for those individuals currently holding the Chief Fire Officer (CFO), Chief EMS Officer (CEMSO) and/or Fire Marshal (CTO) designation is $325.

The CTO designation is valid for three (3) years.

The renewal fee is $325.
