Q: Who should attend the 2012 Excellence Conference?

  A: Our conference has been built to target a wide range of of audiences, yet it is customizable to individualize the experience.  Our keynote speakers will present topics that impact our entire industry and the mini workshops will focus on specific needs, goals and experiences.  Review our schedule and we are positive you will find a rewarding event for everyone in your department.

Q: Where is the 2012 Excellence Conference being held?

  A: We are excited to bring the Excellence Conference back to Vegas in 2012.  The conference will be held in North Las Vegas, NV at the Aliante Station Hotel & Casino.

Q: How can I pay for my registration?

  A: There are two options available for registration:

       1. Pay online with a credit card at the time of registration

       2. Select the "Bill Me" option.  This will trigger accounting to issue an invoice which will be mailed to the address provided.  Payments can then be made with a check or credit card.

Q: Can I bring my family?

  A: Of course!  The hotel and surrounding areas are very family friendly.  While you're working hard, your family can be enjoying the beautiful weather, fun events and amazing hotel. During the evening, join them for a great dinner at one of the many restaurants on the hotel grounds or catch a movie in the IMAX theater onsite.

Q: Will the conference rates be extended before or after the conference?

  A: Yes, we have arranged for the hotel to honor our conference rates for three days prior and after our conference for our attendees to enjoy some time on their own.  In fact, the day our conference ends, the 2012 Las Vegas Race Weekend begins!

Q: What are the dining options available at the hotel?

  A: The hotel has multiple restaurants including: MRKT Sea & Land, Cabo Mexican, Pasta Cucina, TGI Friday's and the Feast Buffet.  If you are short on time, visit the food court with national favorites like Villa Pizza, Panda Express, Dairy Queen, Johnny Rockets and Orange Julius.

Q: What is there to do at the hotel after the workday is over?

  A: The Aliante has a wide variety of entertainment options available.  You might forget there is a whole other city away from our resort.

       Gaming: The casino has over 2,000 slot and poker machines, a 170-seat Race & Sports Book with personal TV's, 3 giant video screens, 65" LCD screens, sports bar and viewing area, blackjack , craps, roulette, mini baccarat and a 200-seat bingo hall. 

       Clubs: The ETA Lounge and Access are two of Vegas's hotspots right outside your hotel room.

       Movie Theater: Want to enjoy a quieter evening?  Catch a movie at the Regal Cinemas Stadium and IMAX Theater.
